Join us this summer for a series of four facilitated en plein air oil painting workshops, taking place in July and August (weather permitting).

Led by artist Dave West, these outdoor sessions will introduce participants to the fundamentals of painting directly from observation, capturing light, colour, and atmosphere in the open air.

Set on the inspiring front lawn of the National Gallery of Ireland, participants will receive expert tuition on developing a painting from start to finish, working on a small scale, selecting and refining a strong composition, and building confidence with oil painting techniques.

For adults and young people 16+yrs.
